Through The White Dove Experience, I offer a welcoming space where you can simply be yourself — whether you're joining me for a psychic mediumship reading, a Reiki & Sound Bath experience, meditation or one of our events.
My own journey has taught me the importance of awareness, connection and finding that space within ourselves.
I don't believe I have all the answers. I'm still learning, still growing and still discovering.
And if I can support change, I will.

What started as a journey of self-discovery became something I never imagined — my very first published book!
Reflections from Within is a collection of personal reflections exploring life, love, grief, healing, awareness and the experiences that shape who we become.
Through my own stories, observations and sometimes a little humour, I invite you to pause, question and perhaps recognise something of yourself within the pages.
I haven't written this book because I have all the answers. Far from it! I've written it because I've started asking questions I never thought to ask before.
We all walk different paths, carry different experiences and see the world through our own eyes. Yet underneath it all, perhaps we're not so different after all.

And who knows? Perhaps something within these pages will encourage you to begin reflecting from within yourself.

I’ve been having sound bath sessions alongside Reiki for a while now, and they’ve become something I really look forward to.
I the sound bath sessions give me a rare opportunity to completely switch off. There’s something incredibly calming about simply lying still, listening to the different sounds and vibrations and allowing myself to be completely present for a while.
I always find the sessions deeply relaxing and leave feeling calmer, more grounded and as though I’ve had a chance to reset. The whole experience feels like a little bit of time away from the noise and busyness of everyday life.
I’d definitely recommend a sound bath to anyone who is curious about them or simply looking for a way to slow down, relax and give themselves some genuine time to switch off.”
Re:Reiki &Soundbath.When I first went into Helen’s studio (Sacred space).She was so welcoming and put me at my ease from the get go.She explained whet the sessions would entail and give me a detailed explanation of the chakra system which was astonishing.Helen then did a reiki session on me .Which was incredible.Followed by a soundbath which was relaxing and rejuvenating.Through the sessions I have had with her .I feel much lighter and have a more positive outlook and feel more in control of my life.The reiki and soundbath also cleared stagnant energy in my system which gives you a natural high.Highly recommended.Helen is the “Gift” which keeps “Giving”.Check her out you won’t be disappointed.Namaste Helen.☀️🙏🏽☀️
I have been a client of Helens for quite a while, In Janaury of this year, Helen gave me Reiki and sound bath treatments, a 40 minute treatment. I have kept these treatments up, every 3 or 4 weeks. The difference in me, is quite remarkable, I am calm and collected, no longer stressing about things that I can't control, I am literally going with the flow. Helen is a constant professional, her knowledge and understanding of these treatments is second to none. I feel so confident in the change in myself, that I have recommended her treatments and her psychic readings to quite a few friends of mine, who have all thanked me for the recommendation, and have been so impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. I can never thank her enough for how she has enabled me to grow, both spiritually and emotionally, I will be forever grateful, and of course I will, as a commitment to myself, be continuing to visit her on a regular basis, as the difference In me is amazing.
I have had 3 wonderful sessions of reading sound baths with Helen, and can't recommend her enough! After feeling very anxious, not sleeping properly and generally not myself for many months, I gave it a try. My hope was, to at least have an hour relaxing and giving my brain a rest. I did have that, but that feeling has carried on and I feel that my mind and body has reset. I feel like myself again!
I cannot recommend Helen enough. Her calm demeanour, knowledge and her tranquil zen den have worked miracles for me. I can't wait for my next session.

I meet Helen a couple of years back during a spiruality reading and we instantly clicked .
It was at the time i was going through alot of upset and upevil and was battling with alot of past trauma's that seem to be Buried in parts of body that i myself was not aware of .
Because I was like a duck on the surface I looked happy swimming away but underneath the water I was peddling to stay afloat .
During my reading with Helen my Mother- in -law who sadly passed that year left a message to say Helen will help you ??
Without knowing at the time Helen is a Reiki master . She kindly booked me in for a reiki sound therapy session, I was really excited not really knowing what to expect and what happened on my first session blew my mind not only was it the most relaxed I have felt in years as I am always on the go 😅 .
The room was filled with a beautiful calming sense i was able to lay down on a couch with warm blanket and was asked to place a eye mask on my head. During the first session from the moment Helen placed her hands on my head I instantly felt her warm healing hands and an instant connection to her ❤️.
I had experience visions like never before and felt not only Helen presents in the room but also her guides and together she created magic the sound therapy was nothing I had ever experienced in my life the vibrations of sound frequency radiated through my body i felt like i was floating in Complete bliss ✨️. After the session Helen allowed me to write down what i had experienced and then she was able to confirm what I had seen in my visions she had also seen it blew me away .
I have had multiple sessions with Helen and everyone is a new experience .
She has not only managed to Heal all my old wounds but re-align my chakra's and most importantly re-awaken my powers i never truly believed i had and I now look forward to every session with her to see what journey we go on next .

I saw Helen for mediumship recently and she blew me away. I've seen/spoken to quite a few mediums and psychics over the years but this experience was different to any other. Helen had already connected with my spirits and guides on my arrival. I always get alot of information but she gave me not just mine but my partners family history! This lady is so very talented. I have been receiving support from Helen for around 6 months following the bereavement of my son and a need to find some healing, regulation and a sense of greater wellbeing. 've often thought about Reiki Healing but kept putting it off. Then one day I just thought I'm going to do it. I only wish I had made the decision sooner. Helen makes you feel safe, calm and understood. Her energy is simply beautiful and pure. Reiki is the most healing energy I've felt, releasing years of suppressed emotion. You will literally feel a "shift" more or less immediately. The soundbath is so soothing and you can feel it working within your body. I wish I didn't have to leave every time I go! Do not overthink it just do it, it's worth every penny and more! Reasonably priced anyway but I always feel Helen deserves way more for what she does. This will change your mindset, reduce your overthinking, giving you clarity and peace of mind. You will feel lighter, more motivated and more able to cope with life's pressures. You will become softer and more accepting of yourself leading to the promotion of self love that then blesses all the people around you. This is better than any medication or therapy.
